The Jabłkowski New House

The Jabłkowski New House is an exceptional investment. An elegant building inscribed in the prestigious frontage of Chmielna and Bracka Streets in Warsaw revitalised the space of the neglected car park. The design by Atelier 3 Girtler&Girtler was created in dialogue with the historical surroundings. The office building is adjacent to the historic Jabłkowski Brothers Department Store. The shape of the building corresponds to the style of the early modernist structure; similar divisions on the facades and marked cornices were also taken into account. The facade was made of Długosz sandstone with wooden accents of Siberian larch. The building was put into operation in 2011, fits perfectly into the development, and contributes to the revival of this prestigious part of Warsaw.
