LHI is a trustworthy partner
Thanks to the knowledge, competence and experience of our Warsaw team, acting as an investor or advisor, we guarantee that the solutions we offer are effective, innovative and transparent. Our projects are precisely thought out – from the concept phase to implementation, and prepared individually, with exceptional care. We uncompromisingly care about the quality of architecture, materials, and the highest standard of workmanship. Our investments include emblematic revitalisation projects and state-of-the-art facilities that complement historical buildings.
LHI sp. z o.o.
Our most important investments include: the construction of luxury residential buildings (e.g. Berezyńska 46 in Warsaw); the structuring, construction, and financing of 88 shopping centres with a total value of EUR 1.1 billion; the construction and financing of 11 logistics centres with a value of over EUR 90 million; the leasing of many office buildings; and revitalisation projects, including the modernisation of historic buildings and the construction of new buildings in historical locations (e.g. The Jabłkowski New House, Chmielna 25).
We create ecologically
Our investments meet the highest ecological standards. We promote solutions that meet the most demanding standards of building energy efficiency, water consumption, CO2 emissions, harmfulness of materials used, and conditions created by the building interior for users. We combine greenery and architecture. In our investments, we take special care of biodiversity, whereby trees are cared for by the most outstanding experts in the field of arboriculture.
We create unique space
We are close to the idea of a “15-minute city” and counteracting de-urbanisation. The buildings we create fit into the space of a vibrant metropolis and, thanks to high-quality architecture, increase its value. Our projects are distinguished by the quality of finishing and unique form, appreciated, among others, by the Association of Polish Architects.
We create in a socially responsible way
We create a space that makes a “living” city with respect for the principles of urban planning, for people, and with people in mind. Our investments fit into the historical context, creating cultural and social value. LHI projects retell the story of Warsaw (The Jabłkowski New House) and create cultural value (Keret House).
