An intimate, luxury residence immersed in the greenery of Warsaw's Saska Kępa. The project designed by Atelier 3 Girtler&Girtler stands for elegant architecture, prestige, and comfort for residents.

The building symbolises the revival of Chmielna Street as a prestigious downtown street. Designed as an office and commercial facility by the well-known Bulanda Mucha – Architekci sp. z o.o. studio.

The Jabłkowski New House is an exceptional investment. An elegant building inscribed in the prestigious frontage of Chmielna and Bracka Streets in Warsaw revitalised the space of the neglected car park.

Completed in 2008, the CANAL+ office building is characterised by elegance and expressive form. The building was constructed with the utmost care and to the highest standard.

LHI is a partner in projects that create new cultural and social values. As the main sponsor, we have been involved in the construction of Keret House – a unique artistic and architectural concept between the buildings at Żelazna 74 and Chłodna 22 streets in Warsaw. The project is located in a gap 92 cm wide at its narrowest point and 152 cm wide at its widest point.
